I offer CBT sessions online via video link - simple, secure, and accessible wherever you are.

You are welcome to book a free introductory call (15 minutes) where we review your needs and create a suitable session plan. It is completely without obligation.

Prices and packages

Digital CBT session 50 min - 800 SEK
Package of 3 sessions (3 x 50 min) - 2200 SEK
Package of 5 sessions (5 x 50 min) - 3600 SEK

Payment and cancellations

Payment is made by invoice after the completed session. No-show or cancellations later than 24 hours before the booked session are charged in full. Full terms are shared in a separate document during booking.
